I would like to request copies of any records relating to the decision to open up the Marckievicz bursaries to applications from men. Previously, it had been decided that only women could apply. I am interested only in records (correspondence, memos, etc) that relate to the opening up of the process, not records concerning the initial establishment of the new bursaries.
