The initial estimates from local authorities of the cost of storm damage repairs submitted to the Department in 2015 & 2016 for applications on the ‘severe weather funding’ for regional and local roads; 2. The submissions from local authorities to the Department applying for allocations of severe weather funding for regional and local roads in 2015 & 2016; 3. Any correspondence between Department officials at Principal Officer level or higher, including Ministerial advisors in 2015 and 2016, in relation the amount and allocation of the severe weather funding, including any recommendations conveyed to the Minister.
