For each of the 3 mobile applications that you currently operate (TFI Live App, TFI Leap Top-up Card, TFI GO), I would like to request data regarding: • Total number of downloads across all channels since the app was launched • Average user rating across all channels where this is available for download • Average number of monthly active users alongside a definition of active users • Average number of monthly ticket sales (in case of TFI GO only) • Total number of queries you have received regarding the use, or features, of the application since this was launched • Total number of complaints you have received regarding the use, or features, of the application since this was launched • Any statistics available that would give an indication of the spatial distribution of users (whether by region, local authority, or any other option)
