I would like to apply under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act for the following records held by the Department of Defence: 1. Copy of the joint civil/military report into Project 16 of the White Paper on Defence in relation to the HSE Emergency Aeromedical Support (EAS) service currently based in Athlone. 2. Copy of submissions received from the HSE and Department of Health in relation to this project. 3. Copies of submissions from the Air Corps/Department of Defence in relation to the future location of this service
