Department of Transport In the Heads of Bill for the Airport Noise Regulation Bill 2018 General Scheme dated September 2018, Head 6 (1) states that:"As soon as practicable after the commencement day, the Competent Authority shall:(a) define, and publish, the draft initial noise abatement objective for the airport(b) invite submissions in relation to the draft noise abatement objective from interested parties"Could you please provide me with all material, emails, documentation, reports, including communications with other Government agencies or consultants that could help explain why this requirement for the Competent Authority to define the noise abatement objective, as soon as practicable after the commencement day, was removed from the bill as initiated? Please also provide all communications to the Transport Committee in this regard. 1. All information and correspondence which you hold to include investigative documents together with reports and/or findings which you have had with Opel Ireland and/or any other affiliated companies or agents in respect of Opel Zafira B models catching fire; 2.Details of Opel Zafira B model history in Ireland; 3.Details of recalls of the Opel Zafira B model in Ireland together with details of the circumstances that the NSAI would issue a formal recall of vehicles in Ireland; 4.Details of any discussions that the NSAI have had with Opel Ireland and/or its affiliates and agents about the incidents of car fires in Opel Zafiras B models; 5.Any correspondence that the NSAI have had with Opel Ireland and/or its affiliates and agents regarding the information conveyed to vehicle owners in respect of various recalls of Opel Zafira B models in Ireland; 6.Records maintained by you detailing specific fires reported in Opel Zafira B models; 7.Documents evidencing the number of Opel Zafira B models which responded to the various recall notices and underwent remediation
