Is there any records available to me (a civilian) which can readily show that the practice and implementation of the 'Corporate Governance Framework' was carried out within the division/section known as The Oireachtas Services, covering either whole or part of that division/section; or is there records in the form of a statement/letter showing that the division/section 'The Oireachtas Services' was covered as part of the whole implementation, specified or listed or obvious from say a report?
