New wording: Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking the following: 1. Copies of all emails SENT TO the National Implementation Group established by the HSE to guide the implementation of the Patient Safety (Notifiable Incidents and Open Disclosure) Act 2023 BY Minister of Health Stephen Donnelly, his advisers and/or Department of Health officials in relation to a “prescribed birthweight” meaning a birthweight of not less than 2500g (or “2500 grammes” or “2.5kg”) and to a “perinatal death” meaning a death which occurred within 7 days of birth. 2. Copies of all emails SENT BY the National Implementation Group established by the HSE to guide the implementation of the Patient Safety (Notifiable Incidents and Open Disclosure) Act 2023 TO Minister of Health Stephen Donnelly, his advisers and/or Department of Health officials in relation to a “prescribed birthweight” meaning a birthweight of not less than 2500g (or “2500 grammes” or “2.5kg”) and to a “perinatal death” meaning a death which occurred within 7 days of birth. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original formatting. For context, the emails I am looking for should contain information to and from the National Implementation Group that led to the former Minister of Health giving a Statutory Instrument No. 501/2024 - Patient Safety (Notifiable Incidents and Open Disclosure) Regulations 2024 Amendments of October, 2024. It made regulations for the purposes of Schedule 1 of the act insofar as notifiable incidents 1.10 and 1.11 were concerned.
