Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I hereby request access to all records held by the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, from 1 January 2018 to present, relating to: 1. Contracts, procurement documents, tender requests, or strategic funding agreements involving Palanr Technologies, including the Foundry platform, or subsidiaries and implementing partners engaged in public services (e.g., healthcare, public identity, state digital infrastructure). 2. Correspondence, meeng minutes, memos, or internal briefings concerning: o Palanr o Peter Thiel o Thiel Capital o Founders Fund o Allies of Palanr or Thiel-affiliated ventures 3. Records of discussions or decisions regarding funding or financial support for digital identy, health analycs, public services digitisation, or biometric/centralised identity systems involving these entities. 4. Involvement or reference to EU-funded programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, Recovery and Resilience Facility) in which Palantir participates and which are administered or co-funded by your Department. 5. Any risk or compliance evaluaons, including legal, financial, or data security concerns, related to entering agreements with the named entities. I request that the information be provided in electronic form where possible. If parts of the records are redacted or withheld, please provide justification under the relevant sections of the FOI Act 2014.
