Howth Coast Guard Unit All records of the Irish Coast Guard Service: (a) with respect to any Howth Coast Guard call out, marine incident or marine casualty concerning kayaks in the year 2016, (b) all records of all SitRep (Situation Reports) reports (i) prepared by the Irish Coast Guard Service with respect to incidents involving kayaks in 2016 which were attended to by the Howth Coast Guard Unit, and (ii) all records of your transmission to the MCIB of such SitReps relating these incidents
