I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I am seeking: Any legal agreements, leases, transfer documents, or statutory instruments that give the Office of Public Works (OPW) or Cork County Council the authority to restrict access or prohibit resident parking in the area behind the bollards at Willowbank, Quartertown, Mallow, Co. Cork. Any correspondence, emails, memos, or reports relating to discussions or decisions about access control, resident use, or parking enforcement in this same area (from January 2025 to the present). This request is made following correspondence from Cork County Council (Ref: FOI 25/148) advising that the Mallow Flood Relief Scheme was built under OPW powers of the Arterial Drainage Act 1945 (as amended 1995) and that relevant records for point 1 may be held by the OPW.
