Any notes, records, policy documents or guidelines, memos, attendances, meeting minutes generated or any other information in hard or digital format or held on a device or computer within the power, control or possession of the Dept of Children, Equality, Disability Integration and Youth which relates to the following; i) The Wexford Model ii) Learning outcomes from the ' therapists in schools' pilot program Any risk assessments undertaken and/or concerns raised to or by Minister Rabbitte and/or DCEDIY officials for discussion at the cross departmental group or otherwise, regarding the narrow geographical spread of the pilot
