This request relates to the Directive Issued on the 23 June 20022 by the Minister for Justice to the Garda Commissioner regarding a request to provide information to the Northern Ireland Police Authorities in the matter of the Glenanne Gang Atrocities. 1. The Commissioner shall inform the Minister of the measures taken by him to comply with this Directive as soon as practicable, please provide the details of the Commissioners Response to this specific directive and any subsequent directive issued by the Minister to the Commissioner. 2. On 20 June 2024 the Minister informed the Dáil that she had signed a certain document in order to facilitate the transfer of information to Operation Denton, please provide a copy of that authority.
