Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request copies of the following records to cover the period 1 July 2025 – present: -A full breakdown of any tax and/or social insurance contribution settlements with Revenue due to misclassified employees following on from the Supreme Court’s decision in the Karshan case; - Any internal assessments, briefing, or reports on past, current or future tax liabilities arising from the Karshan case and/or Revenue guidance following the supreme court case
