Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a spreadsheet/database/record of the following information for Q3 and Q4 of 2023, all quarters of 2024, and Q1 and Q2 of 2025: the number of passports reported missing, the number of passports reported stolen, the number of passports reported damaged beyond use, the number of passport applications refused, the number of passport applications refused by the department due to concerns over fraud, the number of cases of passport fraud referred to the Gardaí.
