I hereby request Tipperary County Council's decision-making process and internal correspondence related to and starting from my reporting of raw sewage adjacent to Ard Mhuire Cashel at the site of the Bregawn development up until and including the issuing of the warning letter - a copy of which was sent to me. With regard to said process and internal correspondence, I am also requesting pursuant to the Act, a list of public health and safety acts, regulations and any other laws which were referred to in Tipperary County Council's decision making process which culminated in the issuing of said warning letter
