A copy of all correspondence received from each database in connection with Regulation 11 (2) and Regulation 11 (3) of the Microchipping of Dogs Regulations 2015 which read: (2) The operator of a dog identification database shall notify the Minister of the content of a training course no less than 14 days in advance and amend it should the Minister require. (3) The operator of a dog identification database shall notify the Minister of the name and address and other contact information of each person to whom a certificate referred to in paragraph (1) is given.
