Under the FOI Act can I have any and all correspondence to and from the Minister for Finance in the last three years regarding the vehicle 'Seize and Release' mechanism used by Revenue officers? Also, can I have any and all correspondence between the Minister for Finance and Niall Cody regarding the vehicle 'Seize and Release' mechanism used by Revenue officers in the last three years?
