Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following records concerning the alleged transport of munitions between the US and Israel through Irish sovereign airspace, Irish-controlled airspace, and/or over Ireland. Period: 1 January 2025-present: • Any records outlining any proposed next steps or recommendations for action based on the findings of said examination; • Any correspondence and/or meeting minutes between departmental and/or ministerial officials and/or ministers from Transport and/or the Taoiseach’s office about the examination of allegations made in the media concerning the carriage of munitions of war on civil aircraft through sovereign Irish airspace without the appropriate exemptions carried out by Transport as mentioned by the Tánaiste here; • Any briefings, summary reports and/or memos for the Minister on the above
