Wish to submit an FOI request for all records relating to the imposition of a year prohibition on Cycle Ireland from submitting applications for capital grants due to the submission I believe was a false quotation. Also grateful if you could provide copies of any policies or Departmental guidelines relating to grants processing and any policies or Departmental guidelines relating to the imposition of this type or other type of censure/restrictions. Lastly, can you provide the number by year (for the last 5 years) of any grants refused or restrictions imposed due to irregularity.
