Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am writing to formally request access to records concerning planned Information and Communication Technology (ICT) procurements for the current financial year (2025/26). As part of our organisation’s interest in understanding upcoming ICT procurement initiatives, I kindly request access to the following information: 1. Details of the ICT budget and planned ICT projects or initiatives for the current financial year (2025/26). 2. Documentation outlining planned ICT procurements for FY 2025/26, including (but not limited to) hardware, software, ICT maintenance agreements, and related services. Transparency and accountability in public expenditure are paramount to us. We kindly ask for as much information as possible regarding these points.Should any part of the information be exempt from disclosure, please specify the relevant exemptions and the reasons for their application.
