1.any records held in your department / office / body relating to the general principle / policy currently applied by your department / office / body regarding the purchase of carbon offsets when paying for flights, and 2.any records which show whether carbon offsets were either a) paid for in respect of any travel during 2023 which was funded by your department / office / body, or b) included in T&S claims submitted but subsequently disallowed. In relation to 1. above, a copy of the department’s / office’s / body’s current internal office notice / circular on this matter would suffice, but if no formal notice / circular exists, then I request access to all records regarding the drafting or formulation of such a notice / circular.
