National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA)

A. All such documentation, records of communications and emails between NTMA and NAMA, NALM, the Central Bank of Ireland, the Department of Finance, the Department of An Taoiseach, the European Central Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and Eurostat relative to: a. The creation of NAMA and NALM in 2009; b. Mr Brendan McDonagh and Mr Michael Somers as NTMA employees and the above counterparts; c. The ownership of NAMA or NALM and instructions relative to the creation of the Memorandum and Articles of both companies; d. NALM's breach of the 51% private ownership provision when Irish Life became s state owned company; e. Instruction to rectify ownership breach to Davy Stockbrokers f. Any statements in Dáil Éireann by any Minister, An Taoiseach or Deputy relative to the ownership of NAMA or NALM; g. The categorisation and/or reporting of the NALM or NAMA debt being on the Irish state balance sheet; h. Any responses to commentary by the NTMA to the above counterparts or UK government relative to the NALM or NAMA debt.
