Clare County Council

Regarding unauthorised development file wish to request a copy of all electronic mail, photographic evidence, paper correspondence, records of phone calls and any other notes taken by council staff during meetings, telephone calls and site visits relating to the period October 2023 to the present. I want all information held by CCC in any format relating to this file. If any documents are withheld by the council I want to know what documents they are, who decided they are not to be released, what department they relate to and the reason why any documents are not released.
