Any complaints in relation to the road surface, footpath, and or drainage at Mountain Road R678, Clonmel. 4. Any documentation setting out standards or guidelines in relation to how rain water / drainage should be dealt with at Mountain Road R678, Clonmel; and, 5. Any documentation setting out standard or guidelines in relation to the road surface at Mountain Road 678, Clonmel.
