1. All correspondence in the period from 1 January 2025 to date between VHI Insurance DAC (including, without limitation, Aaron Keogh, Managing Director, and/or Mark Byrne, Director of Healthcare Partnerships) and the Department of Health in connection with private healthcare activity and/or private healthcare claims within HSE run public hospitals or voluntary hospitals. 2. All correspondence in the period from 1 January 2025 to date between Irish Life Health and the Department of Health in connection with private healthcare activity and/or private healthcare claims within HSE run public hospitals or voluntary hospitals. 3. All correspondence in the period from 1 January 2025 to date between Laya Healthcare and the Department of Health in connection with private healthcare activity and/or private healthcare claims within HSE run public hospitals or voluntary hospitals. 4. All correspondence in the period from 1 January 2025 to date between any of VHI Insurance DAC, Irish Life Health and/or Laya Healthcare and the Department of Health in connection with the Public Only Consultant Contract 2023; and 5. All correspondence in the period from 1 January 2025 to date between any of VHI Healthcare, Irish Life Health and Laya Healthcare on the one hand and the Department of Health on the other in connection with the Risk Equalisation Scheme.
