All records relating to public consultation, community engagement, stakeholder communication or decisions regarding whether consultation should occur in respect of any project involving CoSDA or COSTEDC from 1 January 2000 to the present. The records sought include the following:Consultation frameworks, strategies, plans, schedules and stakeholder mapping documents prepared by or for the Council, CoSDA or COSTEDC.Records of consultation activities, including public notices, advertisements, press releases, online postings, meeting notes, workshop records, attendance lists, agendas and minutes.Copies of all public submissions received, together with internal summaries, analyses or reports prepared on those submissions.Records explaining any decision not to undertake consultation for a project involving CoSDA or COSTEDC, including internal discussions, analysis or rationale.Records relating to consultation undertaken by CoSDA or COSTEDC, either on behalf of the Council or jointly with the Council, including materials distributed, feedback received and representations made by these organisations purporting to reflect community views. Further to my recent FOI requests submitted on the 19th and 20th November 2025, I wish to add the following instruction regarding the handling of my personal data: I request, in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and relevant data protection legislation, that my identity and all personal details be withheld from any third parties during the processing of my requests. I do not consent to the disclosure of my name, contact details or any identifying information to CoSDA, COSTEDC or any other external party during third-party consultation under section 38.​
