I wish to make an application under FOI legislation for all records held by the Dept of agriculture to include the Trace system , the meat policy and by products division and the nitrates section showing the calculations of N and P of imported digestate on all farm holdings in the Republic of Ireland in the years 2017 to 2022 who spread Digestate imported from Northern Ireland on their land. I attach the answer of a similar but different question from XXX dated 21st March 2022 which refers to a response I received from XXX on 22 Feb 2022, unfortunately those records provided by XXX do not include the records sought as XXX implied. To summarise I am looking for the records the Dept has of the calculations of N and P for the 2406 importations in the relevant years to confirm those importing holdings were not in breach of nitrates regs.
