Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

All documentation that contains the Department’s regulations which it has issued to other Government Departments and to the Houses of the Oireachtas Service or not, that govern, regulate and provide the legal and regulatory basis by which those other Government Departments and the Houses of the Oireachtas service in particular are allowed to employ some of their Assistant Principal Officers as Assistant Principal Officers Higher and some of their Assistant Principal Officers as Assistant Principal Officers standard. If no such documentation exists in the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, please state that this is the case.
