Galway County Council Data and under factual evidence, as held by the NRPO and/or as communicated to the NRPO by any of its advisors, by officials in the County Council, or from external sources, quantifying the actual economic ‘damage’ being inflicted on Galway City or County directly due to traffic congestion. General or specific information held by the NRPO, such as reports of recorded job losses, major factory closures, shrinkage of the local economy or any other data quantifying adverse effects of an economic nature of traffic congestion in Galway City or County in recent times, especially since the general economic recovery began in the years following the downturn of 2008. All data and factual information (such as financial data quantifying reduced productivity/output, recorded job losses, business closures, shrinkage of the local economy etc) communicated by the NRPO or its agents to the Department of Finance, Department of Local Government, Department of Transport, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Transport for Ireland (aka the National Transport Authority), government ministers, elected representatives or senior officials, or to any other agency subject to the FOI Act 2014. Direct or indirect evidence of a contracting local economy affecting or involving the County Council itself, such as records quantifying an ongoing increase in the numbers of vacant premises in recent years, or an absolute or relative reduction in revenue from commercial rates Any other information or data providing quantified, objective evidence of ‘economic damage’ to Galway City or County that can be directly attributed to traffic congestion.
