Copies of all receipts/invoices associated with a visit by the Strategic Communications Unit to the UK for the purposes of looking at how the communications system operates there. The names of the individuals who travelled. An itinerary, schedule, or list of meetings from the visit. Copies of any emails/correspondence/messages with counterparts in the UK to set up the visit. Copies of any notes taken at any of the meetings held there. Copies of any reports, briefings, memoranda, or other such explanatory documents prepared subsequent to the trip.
