I am writing to request access to records held by DPER under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: - All queries/complaints from the public concerning the expansion of the Public Services Card for additional state services dating from 1 January 2017 until 11 September 2017 I would request that this information be provided in digital format, although if this is not possible any other format is also acceptable.
