Request for details of complaints in relation to accidents from members of the public, collated by Cork City Council, Cork County Council or TII in relation to a section of the N40 between GPS coordinates: eastern side 51.875502, -8.515584 western side: 51.874674 -8.519859; details of all technical reports created in respect of this section of the N40 from the point of view of excess surface water on the road; details of all risk assessments done on this section of the N40 prior to the introduction of a rolling crown in this area; design details and as-built drawings for the rolling crown; certification of assessment of a constructed rolling crown for compliance with NRA IAN 09/13.
