All emails, reports, briefings and other internal memos within the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government and or the Department of Finance and Department of Public Expenditure and Reform between 1 January 2017 and 4 December 2017, regarding the purchase of residential property in the State by professional landlord companies and/or firms and or private individuals who purchase a residential property without the need for a mortgage and concerns related to the concentration of their ownership of residential property and or potential market distortions related to their property investments and or the impact on the residential housing market of their purchases.
