Records relating to the exclusion of named pastor under the Immigration Act 1999. I am seeking the release of internal correspondence relating to the use of the Immigration Act to prevent named person from entering Ireland, any legal advice received by the Department in relation to the use of an exclusion act to prevent named person from entering Ireland, any correspondence between the Department and named person regarding their exclusion from Ireland, and any correspondence to the Department from politicians, lobby groups or members of the public regarding them.
