I submitted another request (ref. FOI-0153-2025) in September of this year looking for the results of the survey. This request was also refused. The reason given was again: “The report you refer to in your request has not yet been finalised and is still part of a deliberative process.” I am applying under the Freedom of information Act 2014 for the following: All documentation and correspondence in the possession of the OPW related to the “deliberative process” (or processes, if there are more than one) mentioned in the refusals by the OPW above.
