I would like copies of all correspondence between the Department and the banks relatinig to the bonus ban and the salary cap since January 2014. Please include any requests by banks to breach the salary cap or bonus ban for senior staff. Please include any correspondence from the banks seeking to have the salary cap and bonus ban abolished or reformed. Please include any correspondence from the banks seeking to have the bank levy abolished, reduced or reformed. In all of the above cases please include any and all responses from the Department.
