 A copy of any correspondence with CEPA, the CRU, the EPA, or any electricity generator, as well as any minutes, notes of meetings or phone calls, or other records, wherein there is analysis or discussion of the operation of gas-fired power plants on distillate fuel, dated between July 2024 and January 2026;  A copy of any correspondence with CEPA in relation to the inclusion or non-inclusion of gas- fired power plants operating on distillate fuel in their analysis for their 2022 report and their 2025 report on energy security;  A copy of any internal documents in relation to the inclusion or non-inclusion of gas-fired power plants operating on distillate fuel in the analysis the Department commissioned from CEPA leading to reports in 2022 and 2025.
