I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 to request the following information from your organisation; 1.W hich Off-Framework Agencies are you currently utilising for Nursing shifts. 2.W hich of these Off-Framework agencies are currently charging you a day rate of €55 or above. 3.H ow many nursing shifts have Off-Framework agencies filled between 1st December 2023 – 1st February 2024. 4.P lease provide a breakdown of shift(s) per department for these off-Framework agencies during the same time period.
