all official information and public records pertaining to XXXX and DAFM to include the following: copies of all records, inspection notes and reports relating to visits and inspections of the premises and dog breeding establishment of Mr. XXXX of XXXX to include but not limited to the reports of: - DAFM inspectors, - DAFM Veterinary Surgeons and - DAFM district veterinary officers.
