I am requesting access to all submissions received by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment or its Economic Migration Policy Unit in relation to the review of the Critical Skills Occupations List and/or the Ineligible Occupations List, specifically concerning the occupation of 'Pharmacist' (Standard Occupational Classification code SOC-3. 2217). Submissions from or on behalf of the Irish Pharmacy Union are of particular interest, but all relevant submissions from other representative bodies or stakeholders concerning pharmacists during the specified period are also sought. This request pertains to submissions made during the review periods that led to the official inclusion of pharmacists on the Critical Skills Occupations List in June 2022. Therefore, please provide records from August 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, or any other relevant period immediately preceding this announcement that informed the decision.
