I request access to all non-personal records relating to the decision (as set out in S.I. No. 295/2008 - Occupational Pension Schemes (Funding Standard)(Amendment) Regulations, 2008) to discontinue the exclusion of the ‘An Post Main Superannuation Scheme, 1990’ from the provisions of part IV of the Pensions Act, 1990.
