We would appreciate if we could provide us with the following documentation as detailed above and in the decision letter namely: The departmental correspondence dated February 2010, where the Port of Cork company submitted three related pilotage schemes for approval in March 2007. Details of those three related Pilotage schemes submitted for approval by the Port of Cork in March 2007. The correspondence in 2011 and 2012 between the department and the company concerning requests from the department for further information and documentation from Port of Cork, in relation to the pilotage superannuation schemes, including the Defined Contribution Scheme. The last correspondence on file on this issue dated November 2012
