Pinnacle Public Affairs has reported lobbying the department on behalf of Irving Oil between January 1 and April 30 2024, to request that Irving Oil be added to the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Taskforce. (Link Here) I wish to request access to the following records/details: • All paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between the department and Pinnacle (when acting on behalf of Irving) and/or Irving between 1 January and 30 April 2024 • All briefing material prepared by officials ahead of any meetings between the parties for the same period • Minutes for such meetings • Records of all material presented at such meetings
