1) Details of next firefighter recruitment -documents/ brochures relating to the most recent fire fighter recruitment 2) Hiring standard and any documentation of same -policy documents regarding testing (physical testing , equipment use testing etc), interview, psychometric during the 3) Origins of hiring standard and any documentation –the documents on which the hiring process was founded. If they created a hiring test, then it didn'tcome from thin air. There was presumably logic attached to the origins of the hiring process. This would surely be documented. 4) Statistics i.e. passing while tests applications pass/fail –Statistics of applicants by age / gender / race, statics re fails and what elements of the hiring test they failed by age / gender race, Statistics re candidates offered jobs by age / gender race 5) Reports on women / LGBTQI including statistic, policies –if there are no reports touching on women / LGBTQI or policies regarding Diversity Equality and Inclusion – please confirm same. 6) Detailed Firefighter Budget 2020 – 2023 7) Equipment procurement stands for women and men –when equipment is purchased for the women / men , there is surely a procurement standard. That's what I'm seeking 8) Any HR policy that applies to firefighters including maternity 9) Details of gender neutral facilities – shower / toilet / changing –Floor plans of all fire stations detailing the bathroom / showering / changing facilities will suffice 10) Copies of memos / emails / reports re DEI policy for firefighters 11) Firefighter payroll by general role –It is impossible to know how much fire fighters earn without this information. They are not on basic salary. 12) Any report i.e. Tipperary Firefighters 13) Any efforts to increase number of female firefighters -some fire services have mentioned efforts to increase the number of women who respond to advertisement and some claim that they have made particular efforts to attract female applicants. Is it possible that Tipperary is one such Fire Service? Is there evidence / a report / details of an advertising campaign / a policy document that would support such a claim?
