Under FOI law I would like the following records. 1. Copies of any records containing grievances or copies of exit interviews that current or former CEA staff, including gardai, have made over employment conditions and the management of the Corporate Enforcement Authority since January 2024 to date. 2. A copy of all correspondence between the Department and the CEA of its staffing issues relating to garda recruitment, retention and reassignments from January 2024 to date. 3. A copy of all records held by the Department relating to the dispute between the CEA sole member Ian Drennan and gardai and the CEA's Director of Criminal Enforcement on the issue of the sole member's powers and functions in relation to gardai and their criminal enforcement powers. Mr Drennan wrote about this issue in his recent annual report. 4. A copy of all correspondence from January 2024 to date relating to the CEA's interactions with An Garda Siochana on garda staffing issues and the progression of investigations. 5. Records of any meetings between Departmental ministers and teh CEA in the same time period from January 2024 to date. Any records relating to the Director of Criminal Enforcement position.
