• a record of the percentage number of parking fines which were paid in your local authority area for each of the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019. • a list (anonymised) of the ten offenders with the highest amount of unpaid parking tickets in your area with the amount that each of them owe. • record indicating how much was collected in parking fines for each of the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019. • copies of any correspondence received from elected members with regard to parking fines incurred by themselves or their constituents in the period 1 Jan 2019 to date of receipt of this request plus the response that issued.
