Please provide a monthly breakdown of how many Resident Cards were applied for by third-country spouses of EU- citizens, and how long the waiting time was, for every month from the time the Act came into force ie, 1 February 2016 to March 2022. 1. Additionally, how many of these Resident Cards were not processed within the statutory time limit, both as an absolute number and as a percentage of the total, for each month. I want to see how the Ministry has responded over time to the demand for Resident Cards. 2. Please provide monthly statistics on the number of people affected by this policy. How many people have been "between permits" at any point since it was introduced? 3. Additionally, please provide statistics on the number of people seeking permanent residency under the terms of the Directive, and the processing times for those applications.
