1. Copy all correspondence between named solicitors and/or named firm and the Department of Justice and Equality (to include its predecessors-in-title) in relation to the Criminal Justice (Legal Aid) Act 1962 and the various regulations made thereunder; 2. Copy all applications for payment made by named solicitors and/or named firm on foot of a certificate of legal aid; 3. Without prejudice to the generality of the number 1 above, copy all certificates of legal aid granted to clients of this office, and assigned to either named solicitors and/or named firm, to include the applicable Legal Aid (District Court) Certificate and the Legal Aid (Trial on Indictment) Certificate, in respect of the criminal prosecution on indictment entitled The People at the referenced suit.
