A copy of any procedure, process, policy, guidance note, standard operating procedure or similar document on the withdrawal and/or reduction of material reception conditions provided to applicants for international protection pursuant to S.I. No. 230/2018 - European Communities (Reception Conditions) Regulations 2018; a copy of any procedure, process, policy, guidance note, standard operating procedure or similar document on the re- accommodation of such applicants for international protection who are not currently in receipt of material reception conditions, specifically accommodation; a copy of any internal correspondence, minutes of meetings or similar documents regarding the withdrawal and/or reduction of material reception conditions and re-accommodation of applicants for international protection; a copy of any record containing statistics and/or data on the number of applicants for international protection awaiting re-accommodation including breakdown in respect of gender, nationality, age range and the length of time such applicants are awaiting re-accommodation; a copy of any template notice of withdrawal and/or reduction of material reception conditions; a copy of any record containing statistics and/or data on the number of notices of withdrawal and/or reduction of material reception conditions issued by the department; and a copy of any correspondence exchanged between the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth and the Department of Social Protection regarding withdrawal and/or reduction of material reception conditions to applicants for international protection.
