I am seeking a copy of any record or report over the past three years, whether created by or held by the Department, which contained a recommendation or a target relating to a reduction, including a suggested reduction, in the size of the national herd or national population of domestic farm animal or poultry for the purpose of achieving all or part of a ‘greenhouse gas’ target or any target, pertaining to Ireland, in relation to measures to combat global warming.
